Lead times are based on final proof approval. Customers that approve their final proof by 11:59 p.m. (EST) will be included in the next days production schedule. Proof approvals received after the cut-off time will be timestamped to be included in the next days production schedule.
ADI will only use UPS to ship out your jerseys. Due to this a P.O. Box is not a sufficient mailing address. Please note expedited shipping does NOT mean expedited production!!

Logos and Art
ADI does not verify sponsorship or logo usage permission for all logos requested and assumes that the consumer has authorization or the logo is approved for this specific usage. Some logos have restrictions to usage provided by the manufacturer/owner of artwork. Orders placed that request these logos will be made aware of restrictions or guidelines of usage. Some logos require authorization. Orders placed that request these logos will be made aware they need to provide paperwork/corporate email from the company in ownership of the logo stating the customer is authorized to use said logo on their jersey. Some Logos requested cannot be utilized for use. ADI will notify the customer in that event for an alternate logo or to leave blank.
Best Formats for Custom Logos: AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, PDF (vector), or a high-resolution JPEG/JPG (150 DPI or greater). In some instances, a high-resolution PNG (150 DPI or greater) can work but most times PNGs, which are used for website images are too low of quality or too small in size to use for jersey artwork and will appear pixelated and jagged. If you cannot get a logo in the formats noted, the designer assigned to your order will request you provide the best logo image you have for review. The designer will provide an assessment if the logo is usable or not. If the logo is not useable the option to leave the space blank, replace it with text, or select a different logo will be presented.
ADI Jersey Designs are proofed to the customer after purchase.
Each order placed receives up to 2 proofs to make the appropriate requested modifications. Once a proof is approved by the customer the order is placed into the production schedule to start manufacturing. No further changes can be made to an order’s proof once approval by the customer is received. If an order’s proof is not approved by the customer the jersey will not be placed into production. NO ORDER is placed into manufacturing without the customer’s approval consent.
Please do not call ADI for an order update. All delivery timeline details can be found in the Order Confirmation email. You will also be updated as your order moves through production. As it moves to through each stage in the production process you will be sent an email notifying you of the progress your order is making. Once your order is complete you will be made aware and a tracking number will be automatically emailed over to you when your jersey is on its way!
Cancellation & Processing
Orders that have not yet been proofed or approved by the customer to enter production can be cancelled. Please email email@example.com. Orders cannot be cancelled over the phone.
Orders that have been proofed and design rendered are subject to a 25% cancellation charge for processing. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders cannot be cancelled over the phone.
Orders that have been approved/entered into production cannot be cancelled.
How long does it take to get my jersey designed? – We will email you within 24 business hours of your order being placed. Asking for ideas and inspiration for your design. Once we have that it usually takes 2-3 business days for us to get you your first jersey proof. If a revision is needed those take 1 day to get back over to you with the proper changes.
