Lead Time
Current lead time is approximately 1-2 weeks. ADI DOES NOT OFFER RUSH PRODUCTION ON SPECIALS. Timelines during the Holidays and ” Busy Season” may be extended. Please always check here for the most up to date lead times.
Lead times are based on final proof approval. Customers that approve their final proof by 11:59 p.m. (EST) will be included in the next days production schedule. Proof approvals received after the cut-off time will be timestamped to be included in the next days production schedule.
Logos and Art
All artwork will be evaluated to determine if it is print ready. If not, we will reach out to you with possible solutions on how to get it print ready. Any changes that take longer than 1 week to be corrected will be automatically refunded.
All artwork must be sent the size you want it to be printed. If not, the size specifications must be listed in the description of your order.
Only use spot colors when creating your artwork. Only use white in your design if it represents white ink.
Artwork can only be submitted in the following supported vector files. (.cdr, .pdf, .ai, .eps, .svg) No Photoshop files will be accepted.
We have a minimum weight of 1 pt. If anything is submitted less than 1 pt., we cannot guarantee the artwork.
No specialty ink or effects will be allowed for this special (glitter, metallic, puff, water-based, etc)
Order Status
Please do not call ADI for an order update. All delivery timeline details can be found in the Order Confirmation email. You will also be updated as your order moves through production. As it moves to through each stage in the production process you will be sent an email notifying you of the progress your order is making. Once your order is complete you will be made aware and a tracking number will be automatically emailed over to you when your apparel is on its way!
Cancellation and Processing
Orders that have not yet been proofed or approved by the customer to enter production can be cancelled. Please email customerservice@adiapparel.com. Orders cannot be cancelled over the phone.
Orders that have been proofed and/or designs rendered are subject to a 25% cancellation charge for processing. Please email customerservice@adiapparel.com. Orders cannot be cancelled over the phone.
Orders that have been approved/entered into production cannot be cancelled.
